WOW… having said that… WOW… what a wonderful weekend. It has become one of the more expensive weekends of my life… because… I now have to redecorate my entire home to replicate the wonder of the room you provided. Every aspect of the hotel left Mrs H and I in wonder and delight.
Eclectic is an appropriate, but hardly sufficient term to describe the Great John Street Hotel. There is a multifarious and diverse whilst comforting and familiar theme throughout the whole building. An absolute home from home. I cannot recommend the whole experience highly enough and we are both in awe of the efforts clearly made to guarantee a stay so wonderfully and yet apparently effortlessly delivered. Staff, décor, atmosphere, everything… perfect.
A clear booking error has led to us receive the Champagne, Spa products and Rose petal package without it appearing on our bill. This is obviously an oversight and if you let me know the amount by which we fall short, I will pop over and rectify the shortfall without delay.
Thank you once again for your generosity. You can guarantee that we will be seeing you very soon.
