Ideally the role requires someone:
- With experience working in a top bar/restaurant or quality hotel environment
- Who is able to work in all areas of food & beverage including bar, restaurant, conference & events.
- Have detailed cocktail, wine & spirits knowledge
- Have barista experience and/or silver service skills.
Although experience is favourable, the right personality and attitude is essential.
