We Would like to introduce you to Francesco Merola our Bar Manager at GJS.

Francesco moved to Manchester from Italy and has over 11 years experience in the industry, having recently received an honours on a sommelier course Francesco is now busy working on updating our wine list as well as perfecting our new Cocktails & Canapés menu, where you will see some quirky inventions relating to the old school house.

Why not stop by GJS & say hello- Francesco and the team will make you feel right at home with our signature table service, looking for a recommendation, ask Francesco if he’ll make you his personal favourite cocktail, the Hemingway Daiquiri.

Ok guys & gals, as per our little sneak-peak-tweet earlier here is a little more information on the competition.

We’re offering 1 lucky Twitter follower & a guest of their choice of course, to win 1 nights accommodation at Eleven Didsbury Park in one of our newly refurbished Classic bedrooms.

Each bedroom is individually designed by Sally O’Loughlin with light interiors using wood and natural materials create a snug and homely feel. All the baths have been removed to allow for a walk-in monsoon rain shower. There is no better wake-up experience. Other than our Full Irish breakfast of course.
